Terms: Every effort will be made to satisfy your requests. However, please understand that all reservations, special requests, and specific site selections are subject to availability, and our ability to satisfy the request. To confirm your reservation, or to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you by email, phone or mail (in that order). Reservations are not guaranteed unless confirmed by prepayment. Prepayment may be made by credit card at the time of reservation. Cancellation/Refund policy: A 14 day notice of cancellation/change is required. During Summer Season, Special Events or Holidays we charge the full amount in order to secure the reservation. Without proper notice of cancellation/change, the first night is charged. There will be a $10.00 cancellation/change fee on all cancelled/changed reservations. Although we try very hard to satisfy all individual requests, we cannot guarantee specific sites or areas, only that when you reserve, you will have a space in our beautiful park.
